With international experience showcasing luxury homes, hotels, restaurants, & industrial and commercial spaces, DLPHOTO Studio photographer David Lazarus ensures a high level of quality for real estate & publication across this spectrum. From the time that I rented my first apart as a student, I discovered my talent in planning interiors & exteriors, which led to designing apartments & houses for myself & friends alike. Being gifted to preconceive space & flow, as well as light & composition, led to me focusing on photography for real estate photography, both residential, commercial, & large developments.

As with any type of photography form, the quality of imagery is key for all business types, & this is especially true when it comes to decor & real estate photography, residential interiors or larger corporate projects. Whether it be hotel photography, residential interiors or larger architectural corporate projects that I have been involved in, my aim is to provide images that meet the brief & requirements of our client’s expectations. Composition, the correct lighting & symmetry is key to the hand over of a striking image for brochure & online platforms alike. As a good listener, we are able to deliver to clients needs.

So whether you are looking for striking imagery, pictures to illustrate a brochure or a development in progress, or promotional images for your social media platforms or website, we are able to assist you in meeting the brief. We look forward to being of assistance in making this possible both in Cape Town or nationally.
