COURSE OUTLINE

  • A practical and hands one workshop in studio portrait photography. Students are encouraged to bring a friend or family member for their subject. A professional model can be arranged in advance if needed at an additional fee.
  • Learn how to master the best lighting options to execute your visual intentions by understanding the various lighting setups, in studio, with the use of high end professional equipment.
  • Instruction in the use and effectiveness of portable Speed-lites and studio flash heads, both on and the off-camera while controlling the compensation with transmitters to work in your favour.
  • Discover advanced flash techniques, and how to shape light to accentuate features and capture expression.
