Each photography tour includes convenient collection and drop-off at your location, a private vehicle for the day, and personal guidance from your dedicated chaperone and instructor . You’ll also enjoy complimentary bottled water and snacks throughout the tour. Please note that meals, tips, and entrance fees are not included and will be for your own account.
Do I Need to Bring My Own Camera and Equipment?
Bringing your own camera and equipment is optional. If you have your own gear please bring it along. However, if this is not the case, professional camera gear and lenses will be provided at no extra cost. This ensures that all participants, regardless of experience or equipment ownership, can fully enjoy the experience and capture high-quality images. I’ll also guide you on how to use the gear effectively throughout the tour.
Are the Tours One-on-One or Group Sessions?
All tours are designed as one-on-one immersive experiences. This personalised format allows me to tailor each tour to your specific needs, interests, and skill level whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced photographer. Yes, a second photographer can be arranged for weddings if required. While I lead the creative direction, the second photographer works alongside me to ensure no important detail is missed. What Happens if You Get Injured Before My Wedding or Shoot?
In the unlikely event that I am injured or unable to attend your wedding or shoot, I have trusted professional backup photographers available to step in and maintain the quality and style you expect. I will inform you as soon as possible and coordinate a smooth handover to ensure your day is covered without disruption. Your satisfaction and capturing your special moments remain my top priority, no matter the circumstances.
How Many Photos Do We Get?

For shorter sessions like portraits or lifestyle shoots, you’ll receive a curated selection of the best images. For longer events such as weddings or full-day shoots, expect a more extensive collection covering key moments. We’ll discuss your preferences upfront to tailor the final delivery to your expectations.
How Long Will It Take to Get My Photos Back?
The turnaround time for your photos depends on the type of service and the complexity of your shoot. For shorter sessions like portraits or small lifestyle shoots, you can typically expect your edited images within one to three working days. Larger projects, such as weddings or extensive event coverage, may take longer from five to 21 working days in order to allow for thorough editing and quality control. I’ll always communicate an estimated delivery time based on your specific brief.
How Will We Receive Our Images?
Images are usually delivered digitally using file transfer services like WeTransfer, Dropbox, or similar platforms, making it easy and convenient to download your photos. For larger projects where file sizes are too big for typical online transfers, I provide the images on a physical hard drive to ensure safe and reliable delivery. We can discuss the best option based on your shoot and preferences, ensuring you receive your photos in a way that suits you best.
